More than 20 years ago our company was founded as the Corporate Research Foundation (and rebranded in 2008 to the CRF Institute). The initial aim was to show who were the best employers in the Netherlands . Almost a quarter century onwards that objective has not changed. But the scale at which we now certify employers has most certainly changed.
We are currently in the process of certifying companies on the conditions they create for their employees in 70 countries around the world. Updated and deeper audits have been developed and are under constant development to ensure that only the companies that truly create the best conditions are certified.
In line with our expanding footprint, we proudly launch our new website today: one website where all Top Employers can be found and explored: www.top-employers.com. And last but not least, from today onwards we will globally be known as the Top Employers Institute. One world, one methodology, one brand.
