  • Paternity leave – a legal right in some countries, but not applicable for most dads. This is starting to become more prevalent amongst Top Employers
  • One UK based Top Employer has 6 company yachts that employees can use to go sailing with the family
  • Various cycle to work programs are offered. From leasing, sponsorship to fiscal advantages, the options are numerous
  • Preparing a will is by no means an easy task and some of the Top Employers are offering professional support for this. Additionally companies are providing legal support for employees that needs this.
  • Annual health screens are becoming a standard benefit for some Top Employers. With personal and company advantages.
  • One of our Top Employers offers their staff the possibility to use the corporate seats at Manchester United or Bayern München. Not an uncommon perk, but still if you can see Manchester United or Bayern München, that’s always good.
  • Discounts on gasoline are always welcome in times like these. These are offered by the Top Employers hat are active in the Energy industry, but also beyond this obvious group. Free tire tests are also seen at some Top Employers: better safe than sorry.
  • It’s the season! Well actually, it is not. However, more and more companies are giving vouchers for Christmas shopping.
